The OxMan is a long course triathlon, duathlon or aquabike (swim/bike). The triathlon & duathlon can be done as a team or individually.
Swim 1.9km (or Run 7km)
The swim is held in a clean and clear irrigation lake. The course will be made up of two laps.
The duathlon option will be 1 lap of the run course.
The cut off for the swim is 1hr after the start of the race.
The bike course is a gentle grind up to the town of Oxford where 3 laps of a loop on country roads with some small undulations are completed. To finish the ride athletes return back downhill from Oxford to the race site.
There will be an aid station positioned within the 3 loop section of the course (so you pass it 3 times). This aid station will only supply water and sports drink (brand TBC). You will be responsible for carrying your own food.
